Our newest Willa Heart style is a sweet dream in cotton sateen, featuring Willa Heart's mint and plum Carrot and Dot artwork in a bamboo trellis repeat. The boat neck dress has cap sleeves and is finished with a pert bow at center front. 

Fully lined, buttons up the back. Full skirt is gathered into it's lining at the hem, creating the fun to wear "balloon" shape. Bow snaps off so it stays fresh while the dress is laundered.
